The private Reformer room reserves all five machines in the same time slot and blocks the full Reformer area for that booking. It suits groups that need all five machines or want the room to themselves instead of reserving only part of the apparatus.
The current capacity is up to five guests based on the five physical machines. A trainer can be added when the feature is enabled and a trainer is available; the system does not publish a guest-to-trainer ratio. Cleaning and handover remain within the booked slot because there is no buffer between bookings.
