About Three Reformers
The three-Reformer service is for a small group practising in the same time slot without booking the full room. The system holds three available physical machines and assigns them according to the resource schedule.
The other two machines are not blocked by default and may remain bookable. A trainer can be added when the feature is enabled and a trainer is available; the system does not publish a guest-to-trainer ratio. All three machines must be cleaned and handed over before the slot ends.
